Map it the way you talk about it
Drag cards anywhere on an open canvas and label links as parent, spouse, sibling or your own words. No rigid genealogy forms.
Double-click the canvas or press A to add the first person.

Add one or many Gmail addresses (separate with commas, spaces or new lines). When the person signs in with that Google account they join this board and can view and edit it. Only you, the owner, can invite or remove people.
Which card is each person? Optional, but safest: they are connected to it automatically, with no questions asked.
Kin does not email anyone for you. Copy the message or link, or use “Email” to open your own mail app.
Use international format with country code. Each phone number can belong to only one Kin account.
Give your board a name. You will be its owner and can invite family by Gmail.
Connect your Gmail () to your own card on this board. Enter your full name and date of birth exactly as the family board has them.
A family map, not a form
Kin is a mindmap-style board for your family. Add a card for each person, draw how everyone is related, and invite relatives to help fill it in.
You sign in with your Google account, so Kin never sees your password. Your board is private to the family members you invite.

Invite relatives by their Gmail address. They can add cards and stories, and only you, the owner, decide who is in.
Once you link your own card, Kin on your phone opens on you and your closest relatives, with the full board a tap away.
Private by default. A board is visible only to its owner and the people they invite. Dates of birth are seen only by the board owner. No ads and no tracking cookies.
Map your family on a private whiteboard. Sign in with Google to create your own board, or join one you were invited to.
